At PokeNinJapan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Japanese warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
